    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I support this amendment, keeping in mind the women who have been neglected but who wake up very early in the morning to milk the cows. They look for napier grass and do all the donkey work, but they have been neglected. The Bill will cure that injustice. I am very happy that it will put money in the pockets of women. They will be loaded and look like dignified Kenyans."
