    "content": "Further, according to the Diseases Act Cap.364, grazing of livestock along public roads and railway lines is prohibited. However, these requirements are contravened a number of times by the livestock keepers in this country. In order to address this problem, my Ministry, in collaboration with the Office of the President, particularly the Provincial Administration, will closely monitor and step up control of livestock movement in Taita Taveta District and other parts of the country. The public and other stakeholders in the livestock sector are requested to alert the relevant authorities whenever there are suspicious movements of livestock from one area to another."
