"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Assistant Minister has told us in his answer about the technical advice he gives to ranches in order to maintain the recommended stocking rates. We always have tension between farmers and livestock keepers in Garsen Constituency and the Tana Delta. What has the Ministry done to solve this problem? This is because there are no ranches in a very large area. What are the recommended stocking rates? The problem is not only experienced in Tana River District, but also in Kaloleni and Taita Taveta District. In these areas, cattle move without proper stocking rates. What will the Assistant Minister do to solve this problem? I am asking this question because this matter poses a security threat."
