In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Table a comprehensive report detailing the contractors and entities, including the names of the companies, their directors, contact details, and the services rendered by each company to the Trans Nzoia County Government for the financial year 2021/2022 to date. (2) Provide a detailed breakdown of all outstanding payments owed by contractors and other entities by the Trans Nzoia County Government from the financial year 2021/2022 to date. (3) Furnish the Senate with the budgetary allocation for pending bills from 2021/2022 to debt and provide a list of all requisitions for the payment of the pending bills, along with evidence and certificates for each payment.
