    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order 53(1), to seek Statement from the Standing Committee on Road Transportation and Housing, on the delay in the completion of the Horn of Africa Project in Isiolo County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Explain why the Horn of Africa project has not been completed since its commencement in 2017. (2) Provide a detailed account of the status of completion of the project, including but not limited to what has been done, what is pending, and any alterations made. (3) Outline the progress that has been made to compensate residents whose land was taken for the project, and what steps are being taken to ensure that the completion of the project is expedited and that there are no further delays. I thank you."
