Therefore, I order that we refer this matter to the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. We have done that before. There is no need of having a joint committee. Let the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security verify the figures as has been the tradition. It is the first Committee on page 121 of the Standing Orders. It has been so ordered!"
