This is not an issue for us to get involved in a conspiracy of silence. We have been silent on this matter. I assure this House that sooner or later, the reality will catch up with this country. This will destroy us. It is, therefore, upon the leaders of the areas that are affected to make sure that they work with the Government. We are ready to work with all the stakeholders in this matter to ensure that we deal with this problem. We should be careful on this matter. We are trivialising an issue, which if we are not very careful, will destroy this country. I would like to tell the hon. Members who think that this is a joke that they will shed tears."
