    "content": "THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended— (a) in subclause (1)- (i) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefore the following new paragraph— “(c) The Principal Secretary responsible for matter relating to Industrialization” (ii) by inserting a new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c)- “(ca) the Principal Secretary responsible for National Treasury” (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (3)- “(4) In making appointments of members to the Board, the appointing authority shall observe the principle of gender balance.”"
