    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that the Committee has considered and agreed with the amendments by the National Assembly - THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the marginal note and substituting the following new marginal note- “Licensing of ginners, spinners, and processors.” (b) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the word “processing” immediately after the word “spinning”; (c) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting the following new subclause- “(2) A person who intends to engage in the business of cotton ginning, spinning, processing or value addition and has been registered by the respective County Government for that purpose shall submit an application in the prescribed form to the Board together with- (a) such documents and information as the Board may prescribe; and (b) the prescribed fees;” (d) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “a county executive committee member” and substituting therefore the word “The Board”; (e) by deleting subclause (5) and substituting therefor the following new subclause - The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Director, Hansard and AudioServices, Senate."
