    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move that the Committee has considered and agreed with the Amendments by the National Assembly - THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- “(1) The Board may refuse to grant a license where the application does not comply with the requirements imposed under this Act.”; and (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- “(2) The Board shall notify the applicant of the decision within fourteen days of such refusal.”"
