"content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that the Committee has considered and agreed with the Amendments by the National Assembly - THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the opening statement in subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new opening statement- “(1) The Board may revoke a license under this Act if the licensee-”; and (b) by deleting the opening statement in subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new opening statement- “The Board shall not revoke a license unless the Board- “"
