    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that the Committee has considered and agreed with the Amendments by the National Assembly - THAT, clause 29 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the opening statement in subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new opening statement- “(1) A compliance notice issued under subsection 28(2)(b) shall-” (b) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause- “(2) The Board may, upon request by the licensee and, where there are sufficient grounds shown by the licensee, extend the period of compliance for such period as the Board may consider necessary to ensure compliance”"
