    "content": "Equity Bank is doing a wonderful job and I am impressed. They can access every part of this country. The NG-CDF money is everywhere, but what they do are just procedures. They only look for people who voted for them. Some of the people are their mothers and next of kin. It is not being done by MPs, but by committees. You will find that everybody has a friend and looks for a shortcut for his parents, relatives and friends. What I am saying is that we need to consider this Fund. We need to develop a proper system, so that students can go to school."
