    "content": " We requested the Ministry to give us all the ongoing projects and programs in the ASAL region, like the Emergency Locust Response Program (ELRP). We want to see which constituencies have benefitted and which programs are being implemented. That is why we invited the Ministry because previously, there was a similar question. We will combine both questions and bring a proper response."
