As I said yesterday, this is in response of the qualitative and quantitative public participation that we spoke about. Some Hon. Members have been speaking in funerals, weddings and ruracios, pretending to be speaking for the avocado farmers and small-scale traders, but they are never in the House. The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning has done what the public asked for."
