    "content": "I wish to bring to your attention especially constituency-based Members that I received a letter this morning from the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, FCPA Hon. John Mbadi Ng’ongo, on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) to the effect that by Thursday, 5th December 2024, he will disburse to the NG-CDF, Ksh5 billion and thereafter disburse Ksh7 billion every month until he concludes in June 2025. Leader of the Majority Party."
