The budget the National Treasury brings to the House only highlights the amounts of money they project to collect. That is why if they do not hit those targets, they normally propose budget cuts. An amount of Ksh15 million has currently been disbursed to those two projects. I want to promise the Member that I will follow up on the remaining amounts in the next supplementary budget to ensure that the two boreholes are completed.
