    "content": "the whole House, then we are back to the proposals we do not want. On the issue of tiles, if the Committee’s amendment does not go through, then of course Hon. Kiplagat’s fears will come true. The same will happen with VAT on air tickets, Digital Service Tax and excise duty on coal. So I support this Bill on condition that the amendments the Committee has proposed will go through. If the Committee did not propose those amendments, then this is just the old Finance Bill that we rejected that has come with minimal changes. With what the Committee has done, we look forward to the Committee of the whole House. We will support the Committee. Thank you."
