    "content": "When you go to my constituency, Thika, we have Thika School for the Blind, Joy Town Special School and Maria Magdalena Special School. The people who use assistive devices like the wheelchairs use them in an environment which is not conducive. The floors are not levelled. They try their level best to move from one point to another. These are things that we need to look into, so that we can help our people to live comfortable lives."
