    "content": "I want to thank the Members who have been very resilient to stay up to now. When we were given this task of doing the four Bills, it looked gigantic, but you have been very strong and resilient to stay and deal with them. In the near future, we shall propose to the House Business Committee that major Bills and discussions be debated between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. Parliament is run through a collaboration of Members and staff who should be able to go back to their homes on time."
