    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Let me contribute to this issue of standards among our education institutions, more so in the boarding primary and secondary schools. One of the problems I have encountered is the lack of a clear standard to qualify institutions to operate boarding schools or the basic minimum requirements that the Ministry is looking for to allow the operation of a boarding school."
