    "content": "Soy, UDA): Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My issue is a bit unique. I had an amendment on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG- CDF) Act. I appeared before the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I was advised that the matter was sub judice as a result of the ruling from the court. We were given a grace period of two years for the NG-CDF to continue while still determining what to do. I want your ruling on this lacuna on what happened to that amendment. Should it be paused for two years, or should we proceed to amend it?"
