    "content": " One, Hon. Temporary Chairman, we want to build our banking sector to be strong in terms of employing our people. Two, we want to make sure that they have access to credits. We do not want to entertain banks that cannot sustain business and competition in the market again. We have seen many of them collapsing because of liquidity issues. I want to ask the Committee to agree and strike a balance so that we do not legislate to kill businesses and to have institutions that will not be functional."
