Anyone who wants to deal with money, finances, loans, advances or credit must bring themselves under the purview of CBK so that they are controlled. Being controlled does not mean that they are being stifled. They will still be innovative, carry out business and remain vibrant in service within that sector, but they must accept to be controlled and supervised."
