    "content": " In addition to what the professor is asking, while I agree with the principle of this amendment, I believe it is not necessary. I can see that it is 2A. Everybody is enjoined to adhere to the Constitution and the Data Protection Act. Therefore, a law which simply reminds people to adhere to the law, is superfluous in legislative practice. I think we need to agree here that we are not reproducing laws just for the sake of it."
