    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairman. I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives. I sat together with the Chairlady and she informed me the intention behind the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party. Hon. Oundo was unable to catch your eye. I feel that this amendment does not obligate manufacturers to register. The bureau will liaise with the relevant authorities because it does not have mandate to register manufacturers under the Act. So, it does not break any bone if the amendment is carried."
