    "content": "The justification is that the standards of goods imported into the country leads to specified action which KEBS will take to remedy a situation, where sub-standard goods are found in the market. Such remedies could be removal of the products from the markets or extraction of the sub-standard products. It further goes to require that the Cabinet Secretary may make regulations to give effect to the provisions of this section. Thank you."
