Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 32(d) of the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to paragraph (m) by inserting the words “recommend to the Cabinet Secretary to” immediately before the word “suspend” The justification is to retain the existing provisions under which it is the Cabinet Secretary who suspends or cancels licenses for Special Economic Zone Developers based on the recommendation of the Authority."
