    "content": "The provision in the Bill was where a business is selling goods both on an online platform and physically in the shop, then the one being sold online would attract withholding tax and not the one being sold physically at the shop. This would really affect electronic commerce (e-commerce) and that is why the Committee is proposing deletion of that word goods."
