    "content": " I would like to drop the amendment. The decision was to exempt the raw materials of manufacturing feeds so that we reduce the cost of animal feeds. However, we found something on checking the current provisions in law. Page 28 of the VAT Act, the First Schedule on exempt supplies, provides for those products. All inputs for manufacturing feeds are already exempt from VAT. Therefore, there is no need for the new provision in Clause 21. That is why we are dropping it."
