    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move that the new Clause 25A be now read a Second Time. The amendment seeks to exempt from the Export and Investment Promotion Levy (EIPL), goods originating from the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) as well as the East African Community (EAC). This will promote free trade in the continent and will align the Act with the conventions ratified by Kenya in the promotion of the African continental free trade."
