    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the answer given by the Minister. The youth of this country deserve better attention than what I am getting from him. We need to create employment for the youth, so that our youth can do meaningful work for our country. Development of industries is very much important in absorbing youth who are currently unemployed. During this financial year, two factories were earmarked to be started in Migori District. Could he tell us, out of the Kshs300 million, how much has been spent in Migori and Nyatike districts to ensure that we get industries in that area? Our youth needs to get employed."
