I take this opportunity to first thank all the Members of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, for the dedication they have put into the processing of this Bill. As I mentioned yesterday, the Members of this Committee sat up from the previous night up to 5.00 a.m., in the morning. Yesterday you could see they were all looking very sleepy. They have put in a lot of work. I agree with the Leader of the Minority Party and give credit to the Cabinet Secretary, John Mbadi, a former parliamentarian. Maybe, this should tell His Excellency the President that if he is looking for cabinet secretaries, he should look no further than from the political class."
