Members in this House and on this Floor and, in particular during the Prime Minister’s Question Time on the need for the Prime Minister to delegate to his Deputy Prime Ministers when he is not available. So, is it in order for Dr. Khalwale to contradict what this Floor has on many times asked of the Prime Minister when he is not available?"
