    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think we should commend the Questioner for asking this Question. We should also laud the House for showing interest in matters of industrialization. This is because if we will be industrialized by 2030, then it will take the concerted effort of all us. I believe that our responsibility, as Members of Parliament, is partly to ensure that our constituents know that the services provided by Government agencies exist. I welcome Mr. J.M. Kamau to assist us to ensure that his constituents know what is being offered by the KIE."
