    "content": "Hon. Temporary Chairlady, for us to be on the same page with all the Members, we passed the Appropriation Bill a few months ago and then we had the Supplementary 1 a month later. Before that, we had the Division of Revenue Bill which was Ksh400 billion. After we did Supplementary 1, it came to Ksh380 billion. Again, last week we passed the mediated Division of Revenue Bill version of Ksh387 billion. All we are trying to do is align this document to be on the same figure. This is because, the County Allocation of Revenue Act (CARA) should be on the same figure with the Division of Revenue Act (DORA). When we resume next year, we are going to align the two documents with the County Allocation of Revenue Bill, before it becomes an Act, so that we can have a consistent figure of the money that is going into our counties. That is the reason that we are considering this Bill. It has come from the Senate, already aligned. I am sure the amendment will be moved thereafter. Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move."
