Temporary Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Article 113(2) of the Constitution and Standing Order 150(3), this House adopts the Report of the Mediation Committee on the Conflict of Interest Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 12 of 2023), laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 4th December 2024, and approves the mediated version of the Conflict of Interest Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 12 of 2023). Hon. Temporary Speaker, I urge Members present to read the Report of the Mediation Committee, which sat over a period of two weeks to mediate over the Bill.
