    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, the Government has decided to change from rain-fed agriculture to irrigation. Most of the irrigation schemes in the country are being revived. Apart from that, there are a number of dams which will be built all over. In the first phase, about six big dams will be built. More dams will be built in the next financial year so that we can stop depending on rain-fed agriculture. Certainly, that will improve the food security in this country."
