Millie Odhiambo approached the House Business Committee on the subject matter of this Bill, which was listed on the Order Paper for this morning and afternoon sittings. That means that the House Business Committee has goodwill on the subject matter. As you may have noticed, the Chair, Vice-Chair and most Members of the Departmental Committee on Health are not in the House. However, we have not lost it all. The Bill will still be on the Order Paper of this afternoon sitting. Hon. Millie, it is important to note that there is a possibility of losing most of the amendments, especially if the Chair is not there and there is no person designated to prosecute the proposed amendments.
