    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. Part III, initially in the Bill, was about the registration of startups and admission into an incubation programme. If you look at the amendments under Part III of the Bill, they fall under the labelling of this startup. Why do we say the title should be \"Labelling of Startups\"? It starts from the identification process to when we can bring up these startups, finance and incubate them so that they grow from where they are. All this will be coordinated by the Kenya Innovation Agency seated at the Speaker's Gallery."
