    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 6. The role of Registrar shall be taken up by the Kenya National Innovation Agency. My amendment seeks to eliminate duplication of roles because they are already covered under the Kenya National Innovation Agency. That is why I propose we delete Clause 6."
