    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause (6) and substituting therefor the following new Clause— Eligibility criteria. 6. (1) An entity is eligible for labelling as a startup if the entity— (a) is registered in Kenya as a — (i) private limited company under the Companies Act; (ii) co-operative society registered under Co- operative Societies Act; (iii) sole-proprietorship; or (iv) partnership firm.
