    "content": "My Question was important because of the Report of about 200,000 students not joining Form One. Next year, we will have Form Ones. I have followed the same with the Departmental Committee on Education and the Cabinet Secretary, who had said he would give a response. It is time barred. My proposal had been that in high schools next year, we can provide for, at least, one school per constituency to mop up the over 200,000 Form One’s.
