"content": "(1) A person may apply to the committee to register a labelled startup. labelled startup under this Act in the prescribed form. (2) A person who applies under subsection (1) shall submit a statement setting out— (a) the name of the entity; (b) the general nature of the proposed business of the entity; (c) a declaration form stating whether an entity has complied with data protection laws; and (d) the proposed registered office of the entity; (3) The committee shall put in place mechanisms to ensure that the admission process is simple, efficient, accurate and transparent. (4) The committee shall establish an online platform for the submission of the documents and information specified under subsection (2). (5) The committee shall register and issues a label to a person who complies with the requirements specified in the regulations made under this Act."
