    "content": "(Nominated, ODM) Thank you Temporary Chairman. I had pressed the intervention to catch your eye. I just want to support the amendments by the Committee. As I said before, I had opportunity to engage the Committee as a co-sponsor of the Bill and heard their justification of why we need to have this. I concur with them because we need to ensure that we are leveraging in totality on the benefits of start-ups in relation to the specifications that have been given on the registration. I, therefore, support the Committee's amendment."
