    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 19 and substituting therefor the following new clause— Alteration of 17. (1) The Startup Committee, as the case may be, register. may, from time to time, make changes or corrections in the register relating to any entry. (2) Any change or correction in relation to an entry made pursuant to a notice issued by a startup shall be made to the Startup Committee as soon as it is practicable after receipt of an authenticated notification thereof. The justification for this is that it seeks to allow the start-up committee to alter the register by making the necessary changes and corrections."
