    "content": "Let me give an overview of what we are seeking to do. One, we are seeking the entrenchment of the National-Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) in the Constitution, which will ensure that the critical role that the Fund currently plays in promoting the participation of the people in identification and implementation of priority national Government programmes is safeguarded, as well as ensuring reasonable access to such services in all parts of the Republic of Kenya, as envisaged in Article 6(3) of the Constitution.
