    "content": "The second thing is a misunderstanding by the High Court that the Members of Parliament are the managers of the NG-CDF. We laboured on this point and tried to explain it to them, but it looked like they put wool in their ears. We all know that the Members of Parliament do not sit in the constituency committees. We never sit there. Two, we do not play any role. In fact, the only role we play is to participate with all our voters in identifying the projects. We all sit during public participation."
