    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. Today is one of the brightest days in this House, and we want to give Kenyans the best Christmas by ensuring that justice is being done but, not through the courts, but through this House. This is done by working on a process whereby we ensure we entrench the three Funds that touch the core of this nation in the Constitution. That is for the Wanjiku, Mutiso, Kamau and the Otieno of this country. We worked very hard with Hon. Gichimu at the beginning of this Parliament to ensure that those Funds are safeguarded. We had seen the danger of the influx of people who do not want development in our constituencies. I thank Hon. Chepkong’a and Hon.
