You know that the most difficult job, that is sought after, is to be elected as a Member of Parliament. You have no apologies to make. Let us entrench those funds in the Constitution. The courts should not be involved in legislation. Let their role be that of neutral arbiters in interpreting the law as it is. They should not take sides."
